Vintage Bookshop

We’ve been planning to ‘open’ a little shelf of books at the back of the shop with titles such as; Vintage Shoes, Vintage Tea Party, Tea & Cake, 50 Dresses That Changed the World, 100 Years of Fashion, the Style Me Vintage series, Little Guide to Vintage Shopping etcetc.

Well, the first batch of these beautiful books have arrived and are nestling on the futon (in front of the clutches and next to the cashmeres) until we get our bespoke bookshelves up in which they will be displayed beautifully.

BBC Alba Vintage Feature

Some lovely crew from BBC Alba popped in yesterday to film a little for a vintage feature they are doing, which will air, on BBC Alba, on 14th February 2013. It’s called ‘When Love Comes’. It will involve various shops of a vintage nature, whilst a group of girls try to find outfits for an event.

We’ll be getting a mention, so keep eyes peeled!
